Located 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington and 30 minutes from several of North Carolina’s most beautiful beaches, the clubhouse at Mallory Creek has been thoughtfully designed to echo the relaxing energy from the surrounding seaside environment with a soft color palette reminiscent of the natural colors found on the seashore and furniture and fixtures that feel and look luxurious.
The design of the Mallory Creek Amenities Building is a reuse of a previous design that Boomerang completed for PulteGroup’s amenities building at Carolina Overlook in Clayton, North Carolina. The design effortlessly showcases the PulteGroup brand and its commitment to creating incredible places where people can live their dreams by delivering consistently high-quality amenity buildings across each Del Webb community. Throughout the design and construction process, our team worked closely with PulteGroup to ensure brand continuity across locations while also ensuring each location spoke to the unique communities it was designed to serve.

This luxurious new building is equipped with a variety of amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor pool and spa, a fitness and yoga studio, a catering kitchen, event and gathering spaces, an outdoor grilling area, and pickleball courts. The clubhouse is designed to encourage residents to live active, healthy lifestyles by offering a variety of activities that cater to a wide array of interests.
Connecting with Nature
The clubhouse offers a wide array of outdoor activities, including a pool and spa, grilling area, and pickleball courts. Additionally, the clubhouse is surrounded by luscious green space and is accessible to many of the neighborhood’s outdoor amenities, including walking trails and a dog park. Inside, expansive windows fill the clubhouse with natural light, fostering a strong connection to the outdoors. This design not only enhances visual appeal but also supports user well-being by reducing stress, boosting mood, and promoting cognitive health.
