FOCUS ON OUTREACH + RECRUITMENT

We actively participate in various innovative programs, such as the Integrated Path to Architectural Licensure (IPAL), and engage with organizations like the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) at UNC Charlotte and NC State University. We also participate in the UNC Charlotte Career Expo and Central Piedmont Community College’s Architectural Technology Skilled Trades Connect Event every year. These programs are crucial not only for fostering academic growth but also for bridging the gap between education and practical experience in the AEC industries.
