This includes initiatives such as BoomerangU and SheLeads, as well as professional development allowance and licensure support.
PROGRAMS
Boomerang University offers workshops and resources to enhance skills in public speaking, project management, and client engagement, building a strong talent pipeline. We conduct internal discussions led by our in-house QA/QC Principal to document lessons learned from completed projects, ensuring we exceed AIA Continuing Education requirements. By leveraging insights from our architects and designers, we improve efficiency and alignment with client expectations for future assignments. We also encourage construction site tours and maintain open communication with contractors to foster collaboration.
Recognizing the unique challenges women face in the AEC industry, SheLeads provides tailored mentorship, leadership training, and networking opportunities for the women we work with at all levels. By cultivating meaningful relationships and an inclusive environment, we promote growth and innovation both within our firm and across the industry. Our program empowers women to take on leadership roles and advocate for themselves, fostering a diverse and dynamic workforce. Through lunch-and-learns, guest speakers, and mentorships, we ensure our staff is equipped with the skills and confidence to excel in their careers.
