DRIVING DEIB FORWARD IN THE AEC INDUSTRY
We focus on supporting small, local, and minority-owned businesses. Boomerang Design prioritizes collaboration with minority-, women-, and small-business enterprises (MWSBEs) to foster inclusive design experiences and ensure diverse perspectives are heard. Our annual initiatives aim to contribute to the long-term success of MWSBEs and support communities in the AEC industry. We also enhance our professional development and promote diversity in architecture, advocating for equitable representation and opportunities for minority architects.
